#3 Setting Goals For 2023

The beginning of every year starts very often with setting goals. How disappointing can this be if you do not use a couple of simple steps? We set goals to change something in ourselves, our lives or our business. And get frustrated when we are unable to choose one or two and disappointed when these goals are being reached. In this podcast, we talk about which steps and psychological guidelines to follow.  

A brief summary:

1. Goal: choose one goal per category (personal development, business etc.), and make it SMART and very personal. Make sure that you can influence this goal for at least 80% yourself. 

2. Reality: be sure to detect and eliminate any limiting beliefs underneath your goals and intermediate goals.

3. Options: brainstorm before you start your action plan on options to reach each individual goal.

4. Way: Choose a specific action plan for every goal and evaluate it after a set time.
